The parts no product ships with
Our own developers write what the licence does not include: supplier and customer portals, approval chains that match your delegation of authority, integrations to banking, logistics and payroll, and the management reporting layer people will actually open on a Monday morning.
Fitted to how you already work
Custom entities and fields, workflow and approval rules, document and invoice templates in your own format, role-based permissions, and UAE tax handling. Every change documented, so the next person to touch it is not starting from scratch.
Asset and inventory tracking
A clean asset register, custody and check-out, maintenance schedules, depreciation and audit-ready records — configured on Zoho, connected to the ERP, and handed over with the reports finance and your auditors ask for every year.
Phased, so the business keeps invoicing
No eighteen-month big bang. We take one process area live at a time, prove it with real transactions, and move on. You always have a working system.
Scope
Two to three weeks in your operation. Process mapping, data audit, licence sizing and a fixed statement of work.

Implementing systems means reading a business closely — its margins, its bottlenecks, the decisions it keeps deferring. Where that view is useful beyond the software, we take on a limited number of advisory engagements.

Peregrine Ventures invests its own balance sheet — direct minority positions in private companies, occasionally alongside co-investors we know. We hold no third-party mandates, run no fund, and manage no money for outside investors.
Direct positions
Minority equity in operating businesses, usually ones where the constraint is execution rather than the idea.
Club and syndicate
Co-investing with partners who bring sector knowledge as well as capital. Terms and reporting documented before anyone funds.
Portfolio companies get the same ERP and reporting work we sell externally. Clean numbers make everything after the investment easier.
